In addition to their updated look, the menu options have been redesigned for ease of passenger use. The improved Copaair.com site also gives customers the ability to store travel preferences about favorite destinations, travel companions and the OnePass frequent flyer program. The site also allows the traveler to prepare a trip itinerary, verify travel dates, confirm flight departure and arrival schedules, takes advantage of the promotions, last minute offers and exclusive fares available only on the airline's Web site.
"Today's traveler increasingly prefers to make travel plans on the Internet. The modifications we have made to our Web site allow us to offer our passengers more and better travel options, whether for business or pleasure trips," said Jorge Garcia Icaza, Copa Airlines Commercial Vice President.
Copa Airlines (www.copaair.com), which began service in 1947, today flies to 32 destinations in 20 countries in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean from its Hub of the Americas at Tocumen International Airport in Panama City, Panama.
