The Residential Complex: The Ocean Park residential complex is constructed on a land area covering a total of 5,208 square meters. Two luxurious landmark apartment towers rise up from the property, each with each with thirty five floors of apartments. Access to the facility is controlled with a centrally located guard shack and gate, providing 24-hour security and access control. A private street runs between the towers and provides access to the parking garages. All infrastructure is underground so there are no unsightly cables or tubing visible. Two private parks are located inside of the Ocean Park complex with a total area of more than 1,200 square meters (12,916 square feet). Each building has its own individual social area, and in addition runners and walkers can take advantage of our internal jogging/walking track. For those who like basketball, volleyball, or soccer there is a large sports area, with an additional area for bikes, skateboards, and rollerblades. The Building: There are thirty five foors of large and comfortable apartments. The apartments on the primary levels each measure 280.25 square meters (3,021 square feet). There are two apartments per floor from level 700 to level 3400. There are seven levels of Penthouses, each with 480 square meters (5,166 square feet), one per floor, from level 3500 to level 4100. And finally the building is topped with one two-level Master Penthouse measuring 650 square meters (6,996 square feet). All apartments have a spectacular and permanent view of the Pacific Ocean and the Amador causeway. Each apartment has a large vestibule on each floor with a separate service entrance. The luxurious lobby is decorated with marble and hardwoods. There is an additional internal security control point in the lobby.
