The answer lies in going beyond the layers of past beliefs and social training to uncover who you really are as an individual. Happiness comes from identifying your very own unique, individualized and deeply personal values, and then BEING in them as you move through the DOINGS of life.
Values are not something you can pick out of a menu list, such as integrity or honesty or adventure. To one person freedom can mean ‘independence/adventure’, to another it can mean ‘self-expression/outrageous creativity’.
As you gain clarity on your values, they serve as a guidepost on your life journey. Challenging decisions become clearer when they are viewed from your values.
A Life Coach comes from the belief that it is possible to life a fulfilling today, even while you makes plans to change, grow and transition. Mining your personalized values is just one way to tool in a Life Coach’s toolbox.
