By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - The other day I ran into an old article I wrote back in November 2006 about the "Udachu" scammer Rod Spiller. At that time I passed all of the information I had to law enforcement officials and dropped it. I wrote the article but never published because I was waiting to hear that Rod Spiller and company had been hauled away in cuffs. Well, that never happened so I decided to kick the (old) article out the door just for grins. Spiller is now long gone, living back in Florida after having made a run in Italy, basically doing the same thing he was doing here in Panama. Lo and Behold, I was contacted today by a group of Federal Law Enforcement officials who are actively investigating Rod Spiller. Now, are you one of his victims? (more)

Were U Da Chump? If you were taken by this guy there is now a significant international effort underway to bust his ass. The law enforcement agency that contacted me wishes to remain unnamed at this time because they are building their case and they don't want the Spillers to know which way it's coming from. But, the Feds do want and need solid information from victims - how much you put in, when, what happened, etc. If you got ripped off by Rodney Spiller and company, please send me an email and I will forward it to the people who are running the investigation. So here's your chance to "Be Da Chump" no more. Oh, and for the record - I vetted the contact and and they are for real...

Very good infor, however Aaron and Irene have nothing to do with this at all and I want to bring that to peoples attention!

Tracy has nothing to do with this either. I hope inncoent people aren't being blamed here. 3 were named that have nothing to do with this.

I want to correct myself real quick. I know for a fact that Irene and Tracy are NOT involved in this Spiller mess. As far as Aaron goes I know that he was not involved as of right now I can't speak for that cause I do not talk to him and have not seen him for a long time. I don't want to get myself in trouble by saying he is or isn't so I am simply saying I do not know but what I do know is Irene and Tracy have nothing to do with this then and now. I am sure the Spiller family is going to be mad that I am saying anything but I really don't care I have a family of my own to protect and I am going to speak and say what I want when I want. I don't have contact with the spillers anymore thank god but mark my words if i get any threats from the spiller family I will spill everything I know and make sure they can't threaten any one again cuz they will be busy in jail. I have said all I needed to say. Christine is a good mother and person and I hope she is left alone as well. Bye have a nice day

I have been thinking about things all day and I have come to this.. If what everyone is saying is true about the Spiller I am sure that Aaron had nothing to do with it same goes for Tracy and Irene and Christine. I don't know what to believe about the rest of the Spillers I am trying to figure it all out this is all so much to take in. I will say nothing more about anything that has to do with this I just want to make it clear that IF what everyone is saying is true I can asure you that Aaron, Tracy,Irene, and Christine have nothing to do with it. I am not saying I believe what is being written or that I don't. I don't know what to believe I am hoping for the best, but again I also don't want innocent people being accused. Good luck to all. I had the wrong information, Aaron Spiller, Rod's son was in on the scam as well. I have sent pictures of him to the proper people and they can now put a face with the name. He knew what his father was doing and Aaron's rent was being paid at time but Rod using other peoples money of course. I hope they all get what is coming to then they stole from people and didn't think twice about it. Good luck to everyone who lost money I hope and pray justice comes to yall. Aaron like Rod is wanted for child support in Florida and has a criminal record for domestic violence like father like son I guess. So long

It's amazing I don't hear from Rod in months he doesn't bother with his grandchildren then he comes on here and reads what I wrote and he contacts me, amazing. Look I want no parts of any one in that family. I have children that I need to protect and I don't have time to be bothered with people that only want to call to tell me off or question me about something. You want nothing to do with your grandchilden fine but please just leave me alone. I haven't heard from you in months you bash me to everyone and you don't even bother with your grandchildren so don't call me 2 question anything I do remember people who are loyal get loyal in return.. Please leave me alone I have nothing to say to any one I want to live my life and raise my kids like I have been. No one cared when my kids and I needed help, but when I say something yall don't like I get a call? No thank you please just leave me be. Good luck to you and I am sorry things turned out the way they did, my kids didn't deserve any of what they got and now it is all coming back to bite everyone in the ass who has done my kids wrong! And for the record I want everyone to know that I have never been told by any Spiller that they stole money and I would never say that I did just cuz I am made at them. I only know what I read and I don't want to believe it but it's kinda hard when all this stuff is being said about yall. So I don't want any one thinking that the Spillers told me things cuz they didn't I have never heard from Rod's mouth that he was stealing money. So b4 everyone thinks I am telling lies I am not. I don't know what Rod did if he did anything like I said I know what I read but I just want to be left alone thats all. If you stole money shame on you if you didn't good but I don't want anyone putting words in my mouth. Good day

one last comment and then I am done with all of this. The Aaron's rent being paid thing that was told to me by someone outside the Spiller family so again I go by what I am told and read nothing and I mean NOTHING was ever told to me by the Spiller family. I guess you should never believe things unless you hear from the horses mouth and maybe I am wrong to believe everyone else I am simply saying what I hear and read. I don't know what the Spillers did and I really don't care it is not my concern I am not involved in anyway good or bad. I have talked to alot of people who claim they have been ripped off by Rod but till this day I have never heard from Rod's mouth that he did something wrong I honestly don't know if he is or isn't guilty I just know what I hear and read. I am done now I am not coming back to this site and I want to live life in peace but everyone needed to know the truth and that is all my info about the Spillers is what I read and hear from outsiders, never once was info given to me by a Spiller.
