And This Is Why Eric Jackson is Still Nuts

By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - The 12th Criminal Court in Panama provisionally dismissed the defamation and slander complaint filed by Mark Boswell (a.k.a. Rex Freeman) against Eric Jackson. On his website today Eric wrote: "Mark Boswell, the convicted felon who did time for fraud in Colorado, the fugitive from Costa Rican justice, the offshore investment scam artist who uses the alias "Rex Freeman" and the financial columnist for Don Winner's Panama Guide ..." No, Eric, wrong again. I simply give Mark Boswell a place to vent because you failed miserably as a journalist by only writing one side of the story. Mark Boswell is not the "financial columnist" for the Panama-Guide, nor is he a sponsor. I just did what you failed to do - give him a place to speak his mind in an effort to balance the playing field a little. You see, kind readers, Eric Jackson is the worst kind of "journalist" - who uses his website to attack, slander, and do whatever damage he can against those he focuses on. Eric Jackson probably won't tell you that he admits to being an un medicated bipolar who regularly loses control of this thoughts and emotions. Whatever. Yesterday while I was up at the courthouse and reading the case file Mark Boswell's lawyer arrived and presented the formal appeal of the decision to provisionally dismiss this case. It seems the judge and prosecutor focused completely on the issue of trying to get the FBI to provide information on the case, and totally ignored Eric's allegations that Mark Boswell was breaking the law in Panama. In any case, Eric Jackson remains fixated on me, and he probably will remain so forever. Again, whatever... Every now and then I have to re-speak the truth. Now, back to our regular programming.
