Arrest Warrant Pending in Pennsylvania for "Rick Cover" a.k.a. "RJ Erwin"

By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - I just got off the phone with the Lower Southampton Police Department in Pennsylvania. It turns out Joseph Erwin Cover, who spent about a year stealing from the members of the English speaking expatriate community here in Panama, first in Boquete and then later in the Pacific beach community, using several aliases such as "RJ Erwin" "Rick Cover" and "Richard Cover," has an outstanding arrest warrant in Pennsylvania for fraud and crimes related to his failed Cover Construction and Remodeling company in Lower Southampton PA. Police detectives there say he stole more than $170,000 dollars from several victims. And by the way the timeline matches up perfectly. Right when things were going to hell up there is exactly when he decided it was time to split for greener pastures, and he showed up in Panama. Check out this website called Rip-Off Report which details some of his criminal activities in the United States. There are several details in this report that tell me this is the same guy - specifically his lies about working on a television show about remolding houses. When I contacted his mother and father in the US they tried to convince me it was a case of "identity theft." Yeah, right. Anyway, Joseph Erwin Cover is now on the run and like I said before, that just means he will be more tired when he eventually gets caught. Big mistake using my name to rip somebody off, dude - huge.
