James Fendell and Aeropost Still Illegally Holding Your Mail Hostage in Panama
By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - Received today via email - "Hi Don,I have a package 'lost' or more likely held hostage at aeropost. My cel phone had a mes. that there was a package, but no name, no phone number etc. Any idea how to reach these scoundrels in PC. It is not in the Airbox system so far and it's been two weeks. Hope the Postal inspector gets these guys; criminal and no less. Thanks, J." I still have not heard the results of the most recent hearing that was supposed to occur yesterday in the 11th Circuit Court in Miami, but I suspect that eventually Aeropost will be ordered and forced to turn over all mail rightfully belonging to Airbox Express (Aerocasillas) customers in Panama. I suspect that James Fendell and the crooks at Aeropost will eventually be held accountable for their illegal actions - both here in Panama as well as in Miami. I will post more updates and follow up information as it becomes available.
