TV reception

Internet & TechnologyI need information on TV services in the city of Panama. While I am learning more Spanish I would like to watch TV in English. Who provides English Language programing? Can TV and Internet be bundled? Thanks for any information you can provide. Howard Price (Editor's Comment: Anyone want to answer his questions in the comments? Thanks)

I don't think you have much of a choice here in the city. To my knowledge there is only one cable company...Cable Onda. Much of their progaming is available in English. Discovery, History Channel, HBO, etc. can be viewed in Spanish or English as long as your TV can swicth between the two.
They also provide internet, I use them for both. I have 1 meg internet speed and all the premium movie channels (not their new HD package) for around $88 a month. I'm sure that price is lower now but I'm locked into a year contract.
A friend of mine learned last month that Cable Onda offers "specials" around the first of the month. He was quoted the HD package on Calle 50 for $80 a month and then went out to Dorado and got it for $50 a month.
Good luck...
