Jerry Ray Hall has been living in Panama full time since at least 2006 when he bought this house. He only went back to Texas to run in this election. I just did a quick check of the home ownership records in the Public Registry of Panama, and here are the details on the house that he owns in Panama, which he was trying to sell in July 2009.
