By Bill Oram, The Oregonian - Philip Leland Riley will be transported to the Washington County Jail Saturday, 15 months after fleeing the country to avoid sexual assault charges. Riley, 68, was found hiding and using a fake name in Panama earlier this month by the FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He was transported to Houston on Feb. 3 and Saturday will return to Oregon, Det. Pam Yazzolino, a department spokesman. Riley was first arrested on Nov. 16, 2008, after a 9-year-old boy said Riley sexually assaulted him in the shower of a Beaverton YMCA. An America's Most Wanted segment on Oct. 10 elevated Riley's case to the national spotlight. Yazzolino said earlier this month that the show elicited many tips that were vital to finding Riley in Panama.
