Flash Update #2 - TSUNAMI WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FOR PANAMA
By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - Don't confuse yourselves. The reporting out of New York is incorrect. The National Weather Service, Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, has issued a TSUNAMI WARNING for the Republic of Panama. This is not an advisory, an alert, or some other lesser type of message. In other words, this is the strongest message they send out. Read it for yourself here: http://www.prh.noaa.gov/ptwc/. ETA for Panama is 8:30 AM local. If nothing occurs, remain vigilant until at least 10:30 AM local along the entire Pacific coast of Panama.
