Using your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard

Clear instructions on how to use your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard are found on the Web Site. The Card Holder is required to follow these instructions, in order to properly use the ProntoCash Financial MasterCard. ProntoCash will deduct the amount of your transactions from the balance on your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard; as soon, as they are made. ProntoCash will also deduct any applicable costs; as soon, as they become payable by the Card Holder. In the situation of sufficient funds are not loaded on your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard at the time of a transaction to cover the amount of the transaction and the Fees, the transaction will be declined. Cancellation & Expiry of the ProntoCash Financial Card

The Card Holder has the legal right to cancel the ProntoCash Financial MasterCard up to 30 days after you have applied and received your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard without incurring a refund fee. The 30 day period allows the Card Holder to use the card and become assured that the ProntoCash Financial MasterCard is the most viable financial solution for them. There is no Purchase Cost for the ProntoCash Financial MasterCard.

The Card Holder also has the right to cancel the ProntoCash Financial MasterCard at any time after the 30 day Test & Examine Period. If the Card Holder decides to cancel the ProntoCash Financial MasterCard after the 30 day period, Financiera Pronto Cash, S.A. will automatically block your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard so that the card cannot be used in any manner. The Card Holder will not be entitled to a refund of money you have already spent on transactions authorized or pending or any fees for use of the Financial Card before the Financial Card is cancelled or expires. You can cancel your Financial Card after 30 days and at anytime by sending an email to us. Financiera Pronto Cash, S.A. will issue you an “Authorized Cancellation Code (ACC) and will instruct you cut your ProntoCash Financial Card in half through the signature box and magnetic strip, which will cut the CHIP in half. Kindly send to the Compliance Division of Financiera ProntoCash (Card Cancel), with the ACC. Once we have received this, the refund of the funds remaining on your Financial Card will be processed and immediately returned to you within 5 Banking Days.

If you cancel your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard, once all transactions and fees have been deducted, Financiera Pronto Cash, S.A. will arrange for any unused funds to be refunded to you. A Cancellation Administration Fee will be charged, unless you have arranged to transfer any unused funds to another ProntoCash Card issued by Financiera ProntoCash Financial Card or to a bank and/or company sponsored by us.

Your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard will be valid for 24 months and when the Financial Card expires, we may automatically send you a replacement card if you have used your card within the last month before the date of expiry. The Card Holder should have a positive balance on the card on the expiry date. Any funds on your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard will automatically be transferred to your new card.

Your ProntoCash Financial MasterCard is like cash. If it is lost or stolen, you may lose some and/or all of your money on your ProntoCash, in the same way as if you lost cash in your wallet or purse.
