By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - Panamanian law enforcement authorities are actively searching for William "Wild Bill" Adolfo Cortez Reese and his wife Jena Seana Cortez as the primary murder suspects in the disappearances of at least two American expatriates in the Republic of Panama. If you have seen these people, or if you know of their whereabouts, please contact the local office of the Panamanian Department of Judicial Investigation (DIJ) if in the Republic of Panama, or the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the United States immediately. William "Wild Bill" Adolfo Cortez and his wife Jena Seana Cortez are wanted for questioning as the primary suspects in the murders of three people, Cher Hughes and Bo Icelar, and a man with the last name of Brown in Bocas del Toro. I've been investigating this case for about two weeks but have not been able to say anything until today. Earlier this morning DIJ investigators discovered the body of Cher Hughes buried in a shallow grave on property owned by "Wild Bill" Cortez and his wife Jena Seana Cortez. They also discovered another corpse that is suspected to belong to another man, the original owner of the property now occupied by William "Wild Bill" Adolfo Cortez and his wife, who had a last name of Brown. In addition investigators uncovered documents belonging to Bo Icelar buried with the two other corpses. This is just the first installment of this quickly developing story. I'm putting this out quickly in order to get "Wild Bill" Cortez's photo out there to try to generate some leads as to his whereabouts. For now, if you know where these people are, contact law enforcement immediately.
Description: William "Wild Bill" Adolfo Cortez Reese is a very large man. He is 5' 9" tall (1.75 meters) and weighs about 280 pounds. He is 35 years old, born on 28 September 1975. He is white, long blond hair, gray/green eyes, full blond beard and mustache. He drives a Red Dodge Ram pickup truck with large off-road tires. His vehicle was last seen in the area of Cerro Punta, above Volcan. His wife, Jena Seana Cortez, is approximately 5" 5" tall, about 200 pounds, red hair and blue eyes.
Armed And Very Dangerous: WARNING! William Cortez is always armed with a sidearm. Two months ago the DIJ in Panama issued him a personal weapons permit, and at this point he will almost certainly be carrying some kind of weapon. He is known to own an AK-47 as well. He is suspected of having murdered at least three people, maybe more. DO NOT APPROACH this person on your own under any circumstances. If you see him and / or his wife, or if you know where they are, notify law enforcement officials immediately.
Fake Passports Found: Investigators have uncovered fake passports and other documents created by William "Wild Bill" Adolfo Cortez that he had hidden on his property. It is possible that he has not yet had the opportunity to flee Panama, but now that two bodies have been found on his property he will be looking to run.

More Coming: To put this story in a very small nutshell, apparently "Wild Bill" Cortez murdered these people in order to steal their properties and belongings. He told everyone "I paid them cash" and they supposedly left. Bo Icelar went missing on or about 29 November 2009. Cher Hughes went missing on or about 20 March 2010. These disappearances were reported to the DIJ who investigated them as missing persons cases, however in reality they did almost nothing. Out of desperation, friends and family members of the missing people contacted me and asked me to help. I conducted my own investigation and quickly became convinced that this "Wild Bill" character had most likely killed these people in order to steal their properties. I met with the primary assistant to the Attorney General and alerted them to the case. The following week Cher's family members came to Panama City and I got them in to meet with the people from the Attorney General's office. Then, I took them over to the DIJ offices here in Panama City where they filed greatly expanded complaints based on the new evidence. Less than a week later, Cher's body was found, as well as that apparently belonging to Mr. Brown. All of this will be fully reported in the coming days. This is a quickly developing story, and right now the focus is on finding this "Wild Bill" guy and his wife.
