William Dathan Holbert - Adolf Hitler Loving Serial Killer Arrives in Panama Today
By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - One of the things that came up yesterday afternoon as I was researching the roots and origins of serial killer William Dathan Holbert was that after he started injecting steroids he got into a whole bunch of white supremacist stuff. His "hero" is Adolf Hitler and he had his body tattooed with all kinds of related symbols. That explains the "Adolfo" in the alias he was using while on the run. For many years he passed himself off as "William Adolfo Cortez Reese" and now the reasons for each element of that name is clear. His real first name is William, so he stuck with that. He picked "Adolfo" because that's the Spanish language spelling for Adolf (Hitler). He picked Cortez as a last name because he was running around Mexico, and Cortez is a relatively common last name in that country. And finally we now know that Reese is the true last name of his girlfriend - Laura Michelle Reese. She probably still had some of her original identification so they could have used it at some point to lend credibility to their story. Anyway, the Adolf Hitler loving serial killer will be transferred from Nicaragua to Panama today, where both he and his girlfriend have been charged with seven counts of murder.
