Troubleshooting Technical Problems on the Website

Well, it turned out that the wind had blown down a wall decoration and smacked the wall plug in the apartment and damaged the RJ-45 jack. To make a long story short - the Internet in the apartment didn't work. Then on Friday afternoon I started getting phone calls and email from Panama-Guide users reporting "Internal Server Error" messages when trying to access the website. Something happened to the server on Friday, and as of right now (Monday morning) the technicians at my hosting service are still trying to fix the problem.
Anyway, thanks for your concern. My apologies for any inconveniences caused. Hopefully by later today the problems with the website will be fixed, and everything will get back to "normal." And, it looks like I'll be doing an upgrade to the basic underlying software that runs the website this afternoon as well, so there might be some ups and downs while I tweak the switches. Anyway, I should have it all worked out by the end of the day today. That's the plan, anyway - let's see how it goes.
