Municipality of Panama City Rounds Up "Clandestine" Prostitutes

Nightlife, Bars, and PartyingThe nightly rounds of the Municipal Police of Panama City in the Republic of Panama are apprehending hookers in the night clubs and on the street. On July 4th Avenue several transvestites were also arrested, some natives of indigenous areas. Despite warnings for the application of fines, in areas like El Dorado and Ancon several girls were caught without a municipal license for prostitution. Some nightclub owners were bothered by the "lightening operation" of the municipality and threatened to take action. In the midst of operations, some people were arrested for disrespecting the magistrate on duty. At the end of the day, more than 25 people were fined and the owners of the locations with clandestine prostitutes were were cited for breaking the law. (TVN Noticias)

Editor's Comment: Man, that chick in the red t-shirt is one ugly transvestite... Wait a minute -- "municipal license for prostitution?" They got those?

I was just wondering. Are Bosco and Joe Biden cousins? Or is it just something in the water?
