Villa Hermosa - Gated Residential Community of Single Family Homes in La Chorrera, Panama

A Plus Real Estate Company, S.A., introduces the Villa Hermosa development in La Chorrera - single family houses attractively priced to sell, starting at just over $150,000 dollars. These three bedroom homes boast 300 total square meters (3,000 square feet) of construction on a 1,000 meter (quarter acre) lot. Of the 300 meters total area of construction, 250 square meters is indoors - enclosed spaces. There's another 50 meters of constructed area, including the back terrace or patio in the rear of the house that some residents have elected to close in, to add additional living space to their homes.
About The Development: Villa Hermosa is a private, gated community located in the La Chorrera district of the Western part of the province of Panama. There are views of the surrounding mountains. Close to shopping, the development is located only 15 minutes away from the new (under construction) West Land Mall - which will be the biggest shopping mall in Central America. Residents of Villa Hermosa live close enough to the amenities of downtown Panama City, but still far enough away from the traffic and noise of the big city. In addition, residents can quickly get to the beaches of Panama's Pacific coast in Gorgona and Coronado in only 20 minutes, as well as the mountains in the area. Villa Hermosa is located close to major highways for easy access, and the development is built as a secure gated community. Normally only residents generate local traffic, and many streets are dead-end and therefore "kid friendly." In addition there's a park and playground as well as a community social area for parties. What's more the community is served by a 20,000 gallon reserve water tank in case of service outages. Only a total of 50 houses will be built in this community, of which 21 have already been sold. Currently six houses have been finished and ready for delivery to their new owners, and ten families are already living in the development.

About The Houses: These three bedroom, two bathroom single family houses are all new construction on one level. The houses are built using sturdy 6" blocks and the floors are of imported ceramic tiles, with "Plastitec" (better than gypsum) ceilings and a tile roof. The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet and a master bath. The houses have a large kitchen area with granite counter-tops and enough space for a breakfast nook. Of course there's a large living room and dining room. There's an indoor laundry area with connections for washer and dryer. The houses have a covered parking garage with room for two cars, with plenty of room out front for visitor parking.
