Panama NewsBy DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - At least 30 additional police officers have been deployed to reinforce the outer security perimeter of the El Renacer prison in Gamboa, the new home of Panama's former military dictator, Manuel Antonio Noriega. Currently Noriega is on an Iberia flight from Madrid to Panama City. Security has also been beefed up at the Tocumen International Airport. Noriega will be transferred from Tocumen to the Police Academy near the Summit Golf Resort via helicopter, and then taken in a six vehicle convoy to the prison. All of Panama's news outlets are completely focused on this slowly developing story, reporting on every little detail as the emerge.
