Those who like to drink and rest easy. Panama City Mayor Roxana Mendez formalized that the unpopular "Carrot Law" will be suspended for four days. The "Tomato Law" will be in effect - drink as much as you want, any time you want.
The grounds of the Rumba Jumbo 2012 will be open until 4:00 am. At that time squads from the Authority of Urban and Household Cleaning will enter the area to clean up. From 7:00 am to 8:00 am the area will be open for cars to restock the shelves with goods and logistics. Then at about 9:00 am the doors will be opened to the masses, yelling agua! agua! agua! - and there will be seven water tanker trucks there to hose everyone down.
There for the first time the old folks will have their space. The Social Security Fund (CSS) will install a recreation center. It will have a plasma television with DVD videos, dominoes, cards, as well as hairdressers and manicurists, and snacks in the morning and afternoon. Don't be surprised if you see Eladio there.
At the site of Carnival no one can carry firearms or any kind of weapons. Nudity will not be allowed. It's also prohibited to throw anything slippery, to use whips, to throw flour, or tiny confetti. (Critica)
