At present he is detained in the U.S. and it is not known whether he will be taken to Panama or tried in Miami. We consulted with attorney David Gomez and told us that since he was arrested in the United States he will pay his sentence there, because there are no cases pending against him in Panama. Another lawyer said the model could go to prison for as much as 15 to 20 years. There are many people speculating about how much of the alleged drug was found in Harry's suitcase, but so far the National Police, which already has the information sent by the U.S. authorities, have not given any statement.
Harry is married to another Copa crew member and together they have a two year old baby. Another of our sources said several crew members of various airlines do the same, due to poor wages. "Frankly, if they paid us well, this would not happen and nobody would do that, though we know it's wrong. Sometimes need has a dog's face," he said.
Soraya Quintero, of the Tocumen International Airport, informed us that because Harry was arrested in the U.S., they do not have much information. We contacted Susy Marcos, public relations for Copa Airlines, to know what the airline will do after this, and she told us she would talk with management, but as of the time of this writing, they made no statement.
