Three Arrested With Liquid Cocaine Filled Condoms in San Francisco, Panama City
Three subjects of different nationalities were arrested Monday night on via Porras in San Francisco, while transporting illicit substances. The arrest was made at ten o'clock at night, while the police conducted a patrol in this sector. The suspicious attitude of the foreigners alerted police, who asked them to stop. The police officers searched their vehicle and discovered the individuals were carrying a shoe box containing 87 tubes of liquid in latex condoms. A field test found they were filled with liquid cocaine. Two of the three subjects are sailors (working on passing ships) who intended to deliver the goods to other foreigners, for transportation to the European market. Of the three arrested, there was one Colombian, one Croatian, and one from Montenegro. All three were turned over to prosecutors. (Siglo)
