Camacho Says Lawsuit Against TE Judges Was Filed By CD, Not Martinelli
The State Communications Secretary Luis Eduardo Camacho said one can hardly say President Ricardo Martinelli has filed a lawsuit against the magistrates of the Electoral Tribunal (TE). "This is not a demand of President Ricardo Martinelli," Camacho said on RPC Radio. The suit was presented by the Democratic Change political party, and because the President is the legal representative of that group, then his signature appears to support it, he said. (Prensa)
Editor's Comment: Splitting hairs. Everyone knows Ricardo Martinelli pretty much "owns" the Cambio Democratico political party. He created the party, he's the president of the party, and quite simply no one is going to buy Camacho's efforts to find space between Martinelli and this lawsuit filed against the three magistrates of the Electoral Tribunal. This morning there has been a blast of articles about the lawsuit filed against the judges.
