Customs Destroys Smuggled Cigarettes
The National Customs Authority destroyed about 2,327 cases of smuggled cigarettes, with a commercial value of over $2 million dollars. These cigarettes were seized in the provinces of Colón and Chiriquí, and some were expired. Most of the cigarettes were seized in the province of Colon, and came from India. The Director of the National Customs Authority, Gloria Moreno de Lopez, attended the act of destroying the smuggled goods. (Critica)
