About Health Alliance: We have a goal of providing the highest quality service to our military retirees, their family members, and disabled veterans. We offer the community of retirees and veterans of the United States Armed Forces simplified access to their hard-earned pharmaceutical benefits. We constantly monitor the news to keep an eye out for any important legislative changes what could potentially impact our clients, and we provide that information back in the form of updates on Tricare policies and news. We also provide personalized services for each customer in the form of guidance and orientation on how to stay informed on issues related to Tricare and the Veterans Administration. We currently serve more than 425 customers who use our four pharmacies to regularly obtain their medications for either acute or chronic medical conditions. We honor all valid medical prescriptions received by our patients. If a specific medication is not available we will canvas the Republic of Panama in an effort to fill your prescriptions. Our goal is to provide the the best possible customer service to our clients, to provide the retiree or veteran all medications required for his or her health, and to establish long-term relationships built a framework of mutual trust between our patients, the doctors who attend them, the Tricare and Veterans Administration, and the pharmacist. The only thing we need from you is to arrive at one of our four locations with a valid medical prescription and a valid ID card. We will take it from there.
