Tree Crushes Car, Flooding in Panama City

WeatherThe bad weather does not let up. At least 15 trees were knocked down by the incessant rains and strong winds that have been hitting Panama City all day today. The director of the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) Arturo Alvarado said some of the streets in the area of Chanis were flooded and also parts of Ave. Balboa. A vehicle that was in the vicinity of the University of Panama was completely destroyed after a pine tree fall on it. Fortunately the owner of the vehicle was not inside at the time. While we were watching the news last night the girlfriend told me that insurance does not cover "natural disaters" like trees falling on cars. If so how are banks covered when they make loans and the car is totaled by a tree?
