Panamanian Busted In Costa Rica With Drugs And Weapons
The Drug Control Police (PCD) of Costa Rica, in coordination with officers of the security forces, arrested a Panamanian last Wednesday with drugs and weapons, said a press release from the Ministry of Public Security of Costa Rica. According to the report, the arrest occurred at the checkpoint in Yarda, on the Southern Pan American Highway, in Osa, when the 31 year old Panamanian with the last names of Bartley Varsallo, together with a 24 year old Costa Rican with the last names of Valverde Mena, were traveling in a Nissan Sentra with license plate number 624613. Authorities seized two firearms and a kilo of cocaine from the men, says the press release. (Mi Diario)
