Meanwhile, Bill No. 508 received 22 votes against by the opposition bloc, which are the Democratic Revolutionary Party and the Panameńistas. The head of the Panameńista party caucus, Jorge Iván Arrocha, said these reforms are unconstitutional, and they might file a suit against them after the 2014 elections. (Prensa)
Editor's Comment: And after three weeks of BS, the end result was changed not one iota. All of these shenanigans simply reinforce and further expose the political weakness of the PRD and the Panameńistas.
