Editor's Comment: In a poll taken on the day the National Assembly passed Bill 508, some 63% of respondents said they were in favor of the electoral reforms. So that left the PRD and the Panameńistas sucking hind tit with only 37% of popular support for their vehement complaints and rejections of this bill. Interestingly enough, Martinelli won the election in 2009 with about 63% of the vote. Go figure. They did a pretty good job, mostly through the public statements made by the President of the National Assembly Sergio Galvez, of getting the word out about the "one man, one vote" issue, and that's pretty much what it came down to in the eyes of Juan Seis Pack.
