After two months of tracking Oruña's workers and an employer of Puerto Rico, by the anti-narcotics agencies, they succeeded in dismantling the alleged drug ring.
Although the houses and boats of these workers were used as headquarter, the disassociated Dominican authorities claimed "they were unaware" of the fact.
IBT Group, formed two months after the beginning of this administration, has achieved more than $425 million in state contracts.
Oruña has participated in festivals with the children of the Panamanian president, Ricardo Martinelli, as well as senior officials.
Oruña also enjoyed holidays and trips abroad with Martinelli's children, friends and officials.
