Contributed by: AnonymousThrough a statement the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) reminded the squatters in their property -established by the Panama Canal in the area of Diablo- that they have to leave the area.
Similarly, they said they will be removing any assets, including structures built in that area.
This is the area known as the Diablo hangars in Ancon, part of the lot No. 196273, owned by the ACP.
The company says they have not authorized any occupation or construction in this area, so the occupants are illegally established at this zone.
Around 130 constructions have been identified on the site, including residential homes, workshops, warehouses and other unauthorized structures.
Furthermore, the ACP reiterates that the sea access ramp located in the area will be open for public use. (TVN)
