Samudio, who seemed nervous when he arrived at the Public Ministry, was holding a Bible and said he was innocent of the death of Aira Guadalupe Guerra.
"I would never stain my hands with blood, I am totally innocent, the Public Prosecutor is accusing me of something I have not done,” explained the former chief of experts from the Public Ministry in Chiriqui.
Roberto Murga Torraza said they take the defense of Alvaro Samudio from that moment and this proves he is innocence because he approached the authorities by his own.
The girl’s body was found on December 3, 2012, by the main road of Bagala, in Boqueron, Chiriqui. (Dia A Dia)
