Panamá Classifies As Leaders Of Group A In The Gold Cup

The Panamanian national soccer team tied 0 - 0 with Canada and consolidated its lead in Group A of the Gold Cup, summing 7 points in total on their third game of the regular round, in a match held Today Sunday July 14th, in the Sports Authority Field stadium in Denver Colorado.
In the second half, Panama tried to score but the ball never passed through Mirlan Borjan's goal line, who had a really good performance in the game as the goalkeeper of the Canadian team.
Jairo Jimenez was one of the top performers of the Panamanian team, directed by Dely Valdes, by making a great shot that could have ended in a goal, but the canadian goalkeeper stopped it, leading into a corner kick.
The Panama soccer team managed to accomplish two historical events in this first round, it's first victory against Mexico and to rank as a leader for the first time in the Gold Cup.(Panama America)
