The National Assembly, for example, has not updated its information for two years. The same goes with the Agricultural Development Bank, the National Mortgage Bank and the National Bingos.
On the other hand, the Presidency Ministry, the Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Public Security have not updated their information for a year now.
Some of the reports are not only outdated, but they don’t have content or lead to inexistent pages.
Regarding this situation, Abigaíl Benzadón, executive secretary of the Authority of Transparency and Access to Information, said the entities in the Government are not forced to register their information under the transparency link of the Office of the Ombudsman; they only have to do this in their websites.
