Early on, the vehicular traffic was congested throughout the track, especially the area of La Espiga in La Chorrera.
Starting at 10:00 am traffic control officers started a lane inversion to allow traffic to flow from Panama City towards the interior more freely, as had been announced by the Land Transportation and Transit Authority (ATTT), until 5:00 pm. (Telemetro)
Editor's Comment: Panama basically shuts down for Carnival, so there's really not much for news. Traffic accidents, how many cars have left the city, stuff like that. There are always reports about who died in accidents, drownings, and other similar problems.
