"Doctor" Jerry Hall - In His Own Words

He has been instrumental in monitoring and authoring legislation for the purpose of mediation. Member of International Association of Mediators Arbitrators. Dr. Hall has worked or helped to develop pilot programs for EEOC, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Postal Service, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Texas Department of Transportation, NASA.
There's That Pesky Ph.D Thing Again: Now I wonder - why would "Dr" Jerry spend all that time promoting himself, using the title of "Doctor" in every piece of correspondence here in Panama - but then not mention that credential anywhere on his Jerry Hall for Congress Biography page? It just doesn't make any damn sense. Actually - that was a rhetorical question. He dropped the "Doctor" routine for the most part down here in Panama after Clyde smoked him out, but he kept it up in other places where there was less of a chance that we here in Panama would be aware. Like, on his "Alternative Dispute Resolution" website. So, my question for "Doctor" Jerry Hall still stands. Where did you graduate from college? How did you earn the "Ph.D" you're so proud of. I'm sure the alumni from "Harbard" will be glad to see their old bud Jerry is running for congress. Hilarious...
