John Brock, President Mr. Brock has over 30 years of Panama and stateside real estate development planning. His practice has focused on land consolidation and acquisition, feasibility and master planning for large business and industrial parks, along with site selection and acquisition for multinational corporations. John enjoys an outstanding record of success in the southeast United States for projects such as Rivers Bend, Appomattox Business Park, Ashton Creek and others. He has provided site acquisition and governmental approvals for Liberty Property Trust, Highwoods Properties, Hewlett Packard, Alfa-Laval along with many other multinational corporate clients. Prior to establishing Panama Project Development Services, (PANAPROSA) John served for eight years as the founding director of McKinney Internacional, a Panama based planning, design and construction management firm. For the past ten years in Panama, John has served many clients at the top of the corporate community including HSBC, Colon Import Export, J. Cain Company, Tagaropulos, COPEG, The Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and the United States Government. Projects John has directed in Panama include The COPEG Screw Worm Plant, local design and engineering services for the United States Embassy Compound and the Manzanillo International Logistics Park. John enjoys an outstanding track record of success in Panama and in 2006 he received the United States Secretary of State’s Award for Corporate Excellence Abroad from US Ambassador to Panama, Thomas Eaton. Mr. Brock attended the Michigan Sate University School of Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture. In 1991 he was granted his license in Landscape Architecture from the Commonwealth of Virginia and has held memberships in the Urban Land Institute, the American Society of Landscape Architecture, the International Federation of Landscape Architects and the American Planning Institute. Mr. Brock is considered an expert in the field of economic development and has been awarded scholarship in the Virginia Leaders in Export Trade program and has traveled extensively with Virginia governors George Allen and James Gilmore promoting Virginia Economic Development in Latin America.
Ronald Meyer, Manager: Mr. Meyer serves as Manager of Architecture of Panama Project Development Services (PANAMAPROSA) and has over 36 years of experience in Panama. His practice has focused on commercial, residential and industrial architecture. Prior to joining PANAPROSA, Mr. Meyer served for three years as the Architecture Supervisor in McKinney Internacional, a Panama based planning, design and construction management firm. Prior to this he served from 1972 to 2005 as Architectural Designer in the firm of Holzer and Narbona, S.A., a prominent Panamanian architecture and planning firm, rising during that time to Chief of the Architectural Department. Some of the more important works in which Mr. Meyer was involved include Torre de Las Americas office tower, Plaza Credicorp Bank, Plaza Concordia Shopping Center, Citibank Central Offices and branches. Ronald has extensive experience in large, residential tall buildings including design, inspections and management. Mr. Meyer attended the Canal Zone College Engineering Faculty and the Panama University Architectural Faculty.
