The last of these seizures underwent a Panamanian citizen who arrived at Tocumen International Airport on a flight from Lima, Peru, with 130 suspected counterfeit shirts.
Unlike the previous confiscations, this merchandise had printed the logo of the Panamanian Soccer Federation (FEPAFUT), and distinctive colors of the national flag and the familiar hook which distinguishes the brand NIKE.
The goods could be detected by customs after the subject went through the scanners.
The case will be referred to the Intellectual Property Office of the ANA after the procedure ends. (Panama America)
