Editor's Comment: Well, you can literally ship anything to Panama. It's only a question of the price, taxes, fees, etc. I'll send you an email with a couple of suggestions for people who can ship it for you. Yes, there is a Harley dealer here in Panama. So, you might want to sell your bike where you are and then buy another one here. That might turn out to be the cheaper option, but not if you're in love with your bike. The costs of the bikes here in Panama are comparable to standard prices in the US with an expected markup for shipping and import taxes, etc. Meaning, you won't pay much more than expected in Panama for a new bike. Some also come up occasionally on the used market as well.
