The fact that she won't say much about the events pretty much speaks to her complete and utter failure as a human being and therefore, guilty IMHO.

Lets get this straight, Hilbert and Laura visit the Brown family to buy their farm, family disappears, leave all personal belongings behind, then Holbert and Reese spend the next three years living out of the Brown families suitcase. The happy new homeowners take over the residence for the next three years, oh yeah, Michelle didn't see anything suspicious in that???? Yeah... what a lie, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that. Holbert needs Reese out, needs her to get money to him so he can make himself more comfortable. I truly hope your right Don, that Holbert's brilliant plan to get Michelle out of prison back fires on him. Hopefully neither one of them will ever leave prison alive, their victims and families deserve that much.

Well, when they were being hased by the police on Americas Most Wanted, did she think it was a police escort out of town or a parade? I think not.

When Bill comes home with a bloody car, didn't she notice or wonder where the car came from? I think not.

When he moves her into a house that still has the occupants clothes, jewlery, food and no notice of any sale negotiations and she didn't notice? I think not.

When he loads her fat ass into a new boat, car, sailboat that "just appeared" and she didn't notice? I think not. She not only knew what was going on, but assisted with everything. He wants her out so she can access hidden cash and try and get his lame ass out.

She could not have been around for that many murders and not have some knowledge of it. But there are mitigating factors. Would she have even embarked on a petty crime spree in and from the USA if not for Holbert? As a fugitive from the USA and being a woman in a foreign and strange land, was she "stuck" with Holbert to some extent? These are questions that would come out in sentencing in the USA. In Rep. of Panana I don't know. She is certainly guilty to some extent, but to what extent?

Not guilty is impossible - how can you live a life on the run, peg out washing and stumble on grave hills, eat hamburgers while reviewing documents of killed people, party with property owners and the next day clean their house for the "big fat sale".

How can you not be guilty when you know but condone this dirty and beasty business? Even if she never laid hands on, she could have saved the life of an entire family, the life of a wonderful woman and the one of a despaired lawyer, and probably the lives of many more not yet revealed victims....but she didn´t open her mouth, she didn´t even try to escape from this man, she escaped with him..

Silence means consent to what her husband did and therefore there is as much blood on her hands as there is on his.

My guess is that she was dominated by her man and did not have the strength or ability to extricate herself. Dependence is a weakness and not all are able to stand up against a stronger pesonality. Sucked in and going down like a drowning man.
Guilty or innocent is too simple.
